debug flag per alexa app? #95
Description
It doesn't look like this is supported and I'm happy to make a PR for it but I wanted to double check first.
It isn't possible to change the verify and debug flags per Alexa app in the server is it? It looks like it's global for all apps as its set on the server instance. I have frequently have apps in a mixed state of production or development in the same instance so I would like to override this per app.
