Resize PNG without loosing Transparency??

Hello all,

I have noticed on a series of files with transparency along the corners (rounded corner images) that the Resize is removing the Transparency. I am looking to output PNG format no compression.

The batch function is adding WHITE to the areas that should be transparent.

What setting am I missing to fix this?
