As I had the same problem setting up my repository, I'll document what I found here: the ansible task description is outdated as the used keywords are deprecated.

To fix this, replace the DNS Forwarder section with:

- name: Configure DNS Forwarders
  win_dsc:
    resource_name: xDnsServerForwarder
    IsSingleInstance: "yes"
    UseRootHint: false
    IPAddresses:
      - "1.1.1.1"
      - "8.8.8.8"
