Feature: Highlight background of memory cells in memory viewer with a color when they are covered by a watch

Currently if a watch is added, it's not clear at a glance which bytes have been figured out and added to the watches. This would be useful when mapping out various values in preparation for a TAS effort, as you would know which values are still unknown and which have been identified. The cells would still light up red when changes are detected.
