Hey all - I realized that some hotel info had been sent in a previous email, but wasn't in this repo. Posting the relevant bits here (minus $$$$ amount limits) in case it's helpful. Feel free to edit the top comment with more info / different info as needed.
The Turing has discounted rates with http://club.goodenough.ac.uk/ , so consider booking there in the first instance. Let them know you’re visiting the institute for the discounted rate. You will need to book for yourselves, then claim back through the Software Sustainability Institute – I’ll share details on that process when I have them.
As a reminder, everyone will need accommodation in London for Sunday night, Monday night, and then you’ll want to consider your accommodation in one of the partner universities’ locations. We will use the Slack forum above to discuss who would like to go where!
