Sorting side panel in setting causing crash

Describe the bug
Drag&Drop action in App Setting -> Side Panel -> Display or Hide Side Panel section would cause the app to crash silently.
Additionally, closing the App Setting dialog when on this page would also cause the app to crash.
No terminal log emitted.

Hi, I wasn’t able to reproduce the bug. Quick question: are you using Wayland or X11? Do you have a dedicated or integrated graphics card? Anything else worth noting about your environment specifications?

I'm on Wayland, with both dGPU (NVIDIA, proprietary driver installed via RPM Fusion, version 580.82.09) and iGPU (Intel Iris Xe Graphics). As you can see on the screen recording, I'm in zh_CN.UTF-8 locale.
