Please, make resizing PiP (Picture-in-Picture) easier!

The little CRT TV I use to watch old anime has a small resolution, one too small for the Akuse window. PiP would have been perfect for this, but it's such a pain to get the position and the sizing right on the TV screen. It'd be amazing if you could make it so double clicking the PiP window would automatically resize it to match the size of the display that its on!!
