Match existing categories in Akeneo Field Missing

the issue we are having is Categories are being replaced/duplicated, data is being wiped out, and removing the old Node IDs which resulted in losing important data like SEO data (Meta Titles, Meta Keywords & Meta Descriptions) once Category Sync Job is run

According to documentation
Since the 104.1.0 version of the Connector it is possible to map the pre-existing Categories.
But the field is not there,
I tried,
v103.5.5
v104.3.1
v105.0.0
and the field is missing in all of them and there is no way to map/link pre-existing Categories

Environment and configuration

1. PHP 8.1
2. Magento 2.4.6-p7
3. akeneo/module-magento2-connector-community v104.3.1

Steps to reproduce

1. Access the Akeneo Connector admin configuration by navigating to "Store > Configuration > Catalog > Akeneo Connector."
2. Within the configuration settings, locate the "Category" section.
3. In the "Category" section, find the field labeled "Match existing categories in Akeneo."

Expected result

1. Match existing categories in Akeneo Field Should exist

Actual result

1. Match existing categories in Akeneo Field is Missing
