Scheduled check folders and files permissions

is there maybe plan to add scheduled check folders and files permissions (especially notify if some is 777)?

Definitely not something I am interested in. You can fix permissions with Admin Tools Professional on your site. Changing permissions is also not something you should need to do in any decent host the last decade.
