It shows "you don't have cards for today" while it loads cards for today.

## Expected Behavior
1. Show "We are loading your cards to review"
2. If there are no cards - show "there are no cards for today". 

## Current Behavior
It shows "There are no cards for today"
Once cards are loaded it shows cards.

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Add a lot of cards to review.
2. Open "Review" for the first time

## Context (Environment)
1. Cheap android with aweful cpu
