FR: Including race information for the specific month/year on the side

This new feature can leverage the tessaract OCR to determine what day/year it currently is and display the details of the available races that day (from gametora). Additional helpful features would be to have filters for PreOP/OP, G3, G2 and G1 races (check-boxes maybe) to see what specific G1/G2/G3 races are available on that day. May be helpful for low-value training days without going into the race tab to scroll through manually.

As said in the previous post, would it be possible to have filter, like a check box, to pick whether to see only G1, G2 or G3 races, or mix like G1 & G2?

I have question about how the race is shown:

Here we are Junior Year Early Dec, however, when I pick G1, Medium filter, it shows Hopeful Stakes (G1) as appearing on that day. However, Hopeful Stakes (G1) is on Junior Year Late Dec.

Similarly, when we are in Classic Year Early Jan, a few races show but they are not until later - here we see Satsuki Sho (G1) which happens in Classic Year Early April, and not in Classic Year Early Jan, amongst other available races.

we can see that it should get races only on the string lblDate.Text, however other races on other dates are showing.

Is this behavior intended? If so, would it be better to add when the race will be, maybe truncated to how GameTora does it (i.e. Y2 Apr 1 - Satsuki Sho (G1)... etc)

I made it so that races are matched based on the similarity of lblDate.Text, using both Fuzzy and StringSimilarity.NET since OCR doesn’t always return the correct value. If the score is equal to or greater than 80%, it returns true. However, the result may still display incorrectly.

I made it so that races are matched based on the similarity of lblDate.Text, using both Fuzzy and StringSimilarity.NET since OCR doesn’t always return the correct value. If the score is equal to or greater than 80%, it returns true. However, the result may still display incorrectly.

I think the same issue is occurring in the Event Selector. For some events it is displaying 2 outputs rather than one. This one for example is "New Year's Shrine Visit" which is the Year 3 event, however it is also showing output for "New Year's Resolution" which is the Year 2 event.

Using the OR operator was actually a bad idea ngl.
Turns out it was just bad code. :D

After replacing it with something like this:

I have downloaded the new version. However, it appears the race viewer is still bugged in year 1 (Junior year).

For year 2, It seems it is fine.

However, when there is extra symbol, it is bug.

Year 3 also seems fine but same issue when there is extra symbol.

I check with Hishi Amazon event, it is still bugged.

I also check with the new year event, which appears to be fixed in both year 2 and year 3.

I think the change has partially worked. For the bug with race, perhaps fixing the capture area will suffice, however it is hard to get the exact capture where there is no symbol.
