What should be stored in my dotfiles repository?

I'm currently using chezmoi to store my dotfiles.
What should I be adding for zoxide if I simply use it with bash to get my completions? I have my exported env vars stored already.
Should I be adding any config files? Which files should I be adding to get the completions that are already stored?
