`cd +` or `cd ++` can switch to latest created directory in case of no next Dirs. #1054

I just made a PR adding does two functionalities:

cd +: will look up in latest 5 command for created dirs, after not finding any next dirs.
cd ++: will search in all history for latest created dir and switch to it.

Are they useful to be it zoxide ?
For now there just for PowerShell
