FEAT 🔮: Add a networks tab

We currently support Images, Volumes and Containers. I think adding a Networks Tab would make this more 'complete'.

I think it would be nice to add basic management operations initially, and then add 'nice to have' features.

For now, I want to add:

• List networks
• Remove network
• Prune networks

I plan on extending this in the future, adding support for things like docker network connect and docker network disconnect. Which are more complex.
