The mkX process uses subdirectories in the buildarea

Need, better want, the 'temporary' installp 'archives' to be in a 'buildaix' managed area.

Besides a different PATH - this also implies an argument to cleanup the temporary archives.

e.g., rather than ./X32, ./X64 and ./Xany use installp/build/X{32|64|any}

further would be installp/build/$PROGRAM.$FILESET.$VRMF/... # and more specifiers - to get away from using *.I

Need to think about this - more.

The key is that the X32, X64 and Xany directories are not in the current project build-area - so that a make distclean or rm -rf * does not delete more than is intended.

In the time since I wrote this - part of the problem has been resolved.

mkX32 and mkX64 only move installp/ppc/{project}.I file to either ./X32 or ./X64 - and skip unpacking.

The unpacking before merge is now done by the mkXany command.
