Upgrade the Wasp install script to use the new wasp.sh domain

Wasp migrated its domain from `wasp-lang.dev` to `wasp.sh`. I've noticed that you install Wasp in a few places in your CI, since you are using the old subdomain `get.wasp-lang.dev` which is deprecated I'd suggest updating the install scripts like this:

curl -sSL https://get.wasp.sh/installer.sh | sh
```
