Whats the best way to access windows location service. Are there any native extensions currently being used for this?

Not sure about ANEs but there's a feature request, if this is what you're after: #2022
We'd been working on this so it may be something we can complete before too long, there were some issues on macOS (probably regarding permissions, entitlements, etc).
