Seeking Cost-Effective VPS Recommendations for PostgreSQL + Airbyte Setup

I'm looking for recommendations on a VPS provider to host both PostgreSQL and Airbyte on a single server. This is for a non-profit project that I'm funding personally, so I'm hoping to find something more budget-friendly than my current DigitalOcean setup.

Core Requirements:

• CPU: 4+ cores (dedicated or partially dedicated preferred)
• Memory: Minimum 8GB RAM
• Storage: NVMe for OS + mountable SSD storage for database (full NVMe setup would be ideal)
• Network: 2+ TB monthly transfer
• Data volume support: Currently managing ~400GB with expected growth

Use Case:

The setup will handle data synchronization and processing tasks. While not mission-critical, I'll implement S3 backups for data safety (no need for managed DB or redundant setup).

Nice-to-have:

• Location: USA/Canada (Midwest preferred)
• Price point: Below Vultr/DigitalOcean rates
