Survicate full refresh connection

Hi Community,
I have some issue with extracting the full data from survicate,
We have successfully connected to survicate, but we have only be able to pull sample data.
I have a feeling it has something to do with pagination.
From survicate API documentation its says that you need to use response parameters for the next url. but i don't see any option like that.
