How to turn on debug logging?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out an error, Malformed log record line. Please turn on debug logging to see the line., but I don't understand how to turn on the debug logging.

I'n trying to run an instance locally and I'm using the LOG_LEVEL=DEBUG for the .env but it seems that's not enough.

I could found out more about the issue.
I'm running a sync between a MySQL and BigQuery instances.

There's a table that holds varchar data. It's a simple thing, but it seems that's causing the import process to fail.
