Banner default color

Is there a way to fetch/get a user's color banner, for one who didn't set a custom banner.
For example here is my discord account with no banner at all, and when I fetch the info about the account
the color is null,

So maybe discord uses an algorithm script to make the color on the spot (client-based) and no need to fetch the banner color?
