MacOS Touch Bar affecting the NSPanel Overlay

Hi Everyone, thank you so much for building this, really appreciate it. I have been using this plugin for a while but recently my app started crashing on launch. Let me down a very long debug journey and hours of chatGPTing later, I think its a deeper issue where MacOS tried to trigger some kinda TouchBar support for my NSPanel and thats not working, thus leading to a crash.

Not sure if this is related to this plugin, but nonetheless less wanted to ask the team here if they have seen anything similar, ill update on how I end up fixing it soon (HOPEFULLY SOON)!
