In line with the latest discussions with the Agntcy maintainers, some adjustments should be made in the schema:

• rename extensions in the record object to features
• remove schema_url from the record object
• add prefixes to attributes coming from features (similar to a2a_ and mcp_ prefixes, but with consistency)
• add id to feature classes
