How to express 0.3.1 sbom extensions sections in 0.6.0

In the extensions section of https://github.com/agntcy/agentic-apps/blob/main/marketing-campaign/agent.json are methods for detailing what's in an sbom (framework) and what language and version are required (language). How would we express this in the 0.6.0 schema?

These are application-specific extensions which do not have an official OASF extension. This means that certain applications can define their own Extensions that they would like to enforce on the Records that are being used to provide custom functionality. Do you think this would be useful to pull-in into OASF (with minor tweaks)?
