What's the use cases / differences in Memory and AgentMemory

There are two memories:
from agno.memory import AgentMemory
from agno.memory.v2.memory import Memory

What's the use cases and differences, and which one is recommended / going to be consistently maintained in future updates?

agentMemory is now legacy memory .

We’ve introduced Memory 2.0, which is more powerful and comes with several new features 🚀
