[Bug] Notification access permission auto removing

Describe the bug
When I activate the Notification Access permission works great but when I desactive "enable (mute ads)", the permission is removed automatically and I need to activate every time I need to use the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Give Notification Acess to the app
2. Turn on "enable (mute ads)"
3. Turn off "enable (mute ads)"
4. The Notification Acess is removed automatically

Logcat for atleast the period where the issue occurs
Recommend adding logcat to help fix the issue but If you don't know what a logcat is, ignore this.
