Opening this thread to see if there are synergies we can build with
CNCF kgateway with MCP support. Kgateway uses K8s Gateway API, which may not be suitable for non K8s workload, but ideal for workloads in K8s
Also, the there is an official MCP inspector npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector
