Bug: Chapter 8 drill for AE, AOE, AEU

Contains "Leed" as HRAOED. "Leed" is #HRAOED and should not be part of the drill, since # isn't discussed yet.

I have found what I believe to be another slight mistake. Chapter 10 introduces `-RB` but not `-RBL` or `-RBL` but the latter are still treated in exercises. I have a patch that treats this. In Chapter 11 I came across `PW*UBL` and `SREUFBLT` (and its cousins `TPAOEFBLT`, `PLAUFBLT` and `POFBLT`) with no way to make them one strokes. I read a slight bit ahead and was able to guess that "-sibility" would be `-FBLT`, but `PW*UBL` feels like a (quite logical) corner case.
