[ENH] Include missing distances in `ElasticEnsemble`

Unless I am misreading, there appears to be no way to include DTW and DDTW with a full warping windows as part of the elastic ensemble (EE). This is also missing from the default set of distances, leaving only 9 of the original 11.

Include DTW and DDTW with a full warping window as distance options in EE.
