Unable to see interim HTML

To help with debugging, it would be great to be able to see the HTML that is produced before it is converted into a PDF. I cannot find an option to set an output for debugging or documentation on where any interim files are stored

There are no interim files in the process, all lives in memory.

You could introduce a debug flag (--debug) though and print all outputs to the console when it's enabled.
