Functional mail?

Hello, good morning. I saw you posted a recent Mail update. About two months ago, while working on a project, when downloading Mail, I received the following error, and when I tried to download View, the download failed. Is this a version issue? Is it currently fully functional for the latest version of Adonis?

It looks like you’re installing AdonisJS 4, which is quite outdated (AdonisJS 6 is the current version). This version is over 6 years old, so newer updates and packages are not compatible with it.

Sorry @RomainLanz , another question. Does email sending work properly without a license?

I'm not sure what you mean by "license" here.

AdonisJS Mail doesn't send emails by itsels. It connects to a third-party provider. You'll need an account with one (like Mailgun, SES, etc.) or use the built-in smtp driver with your own SMTP credentials.

Okay, thanks a lot. By "license" I meant if you need a paid version or something like that.
