Cost effective Hosting or deployment.

Hello everyone.

I would like you to enlighten me on a cost effective way of hosting my Adonisjs 6 monolith app.

From what I read here, Adonisjs is a long running process app, that's once it is booted, it is kept in memory till when a request comes in. So in a case where is there are no requests for hours, it keeps running which to my understanding comes with a cost. If I am wrong, please enlighten me, I am coming from PHP world.

I am open and available to learn. If you refer me to resources or enlighten me, I will be much grateful.
