(MYSQL REPLICA) Error: Migration completed, but unable to release database lock

Hello, I'm trying to create a connection to mysql using replicas for reading and another server for writing, when trying to run:
"node ace migration:run"
I get the following error:

Replica config:

but if I remove the replica configuration:

the command "node ace migration:run" returns success.

I think migration:run is broken when there is replica configuration, could someone confirm this bug for me?
