Invalid Error Object

I have created a error handler as-

But when the error arises like when there is database error in inserting,updating etc I get the error as ERR_HTTP_INVALID_STATUS_CODE.How to handle these errors?
Also sometime I am recieving error.code as undefined what to do in these situations?
