Namespaces stopped to work on latests versions

I used it before but, in new projects created with yarn create adonis-ts-app this stopped to work.

contracts/foo.ts

declare module '@ioc:Adonis/Models/Foo' {
  export enum FOO {
    BAR = 'bar'
  }
}

app/Controllers/Http/FoosController
import {FOO} from '@ioc:Adonis/Models/Foo'

export default class FoosController {
  public async index() {

The error:

This cannot work at all. declare module is a type only module and is removed by Typescript during the compile phase. Not an issue at all. I recommend reading about ambient module
