New mask generation code should match results of previous implemention on the same inputs

There seems to be discrepancies between the whole brain mask generated by rsDenoise before and after refactoring of the makeTissueMasks function.

I have to verify that the behaviour is as expected (e.g. slightly different inputs producing slightly different outputs) or that I get the same results if the inputs are identical.
