Description
The content client should report the failed redirects.
To Reproduce
Currently the content client return the response from the content sdk, but there are urls that are already filtered out because they are either duplicates or create cycles.
Expected behavior
contentClient.updateRedirects should inform how many urls were updated and how many failed
