Anybody fully adopted react-spectrum outside of Adobe?

We are a very small shop with limited developer resources. We have been on a path to build our own design system and use it along with Radix and Shadcn/ui React components. It has been slow going. Very slow. We recently discovered Adobe Spectrum and initially considered adopting React Aria, but more recently thinking about throwing out our own partially developed design system and just adopting Adobe Spectrum. What Adobe Spectrum has to offer here is very good. Perhaps too good.

I am assuming that others have been down this path. To those people, I just have a couple of questions.

1. Are you happy with your decision? Any regrets?
2. Are you able to pull in React Aria components when needed, customize them and apply Spectrum styling to them?
3. Since we cannot use the Adobe Clean font that is the default for Spectrum, due to licensing, what font are you using?
4. How do you design your workflows? There is no good Figma design file for Spectrum.

I am very curious about #2. What does the process for this look like?
