disable scroll lock with useModalOverlay?

Hi,

I'm currently testing useModalOverlay and i wish to be able to disable the scroll lock that takes place.
Seems like it uses usePreventScroll but is there way to pass some condition to usePreventScroll through useModalOverlay?
