test results link causes 502 Bad Gateway #75
Description
After a test run, the link to view the test results takes about 30 seconds to respond, and then the website responds with:
502 Bad Gateway
nginx/1.21.6
All areas of lrstest.adlnet.gov give that response for several minutes, and then the site recovers. I thought this was a little hard to believe, but other test results of mine do not cause this issue, and I was able to get this to happen 5+ times.
