Edx not sending Data to LRS

I have followed all the steps mentioned in the readme. Also renamed setting-dist.py to settings.py and added credentials. Added log file here /edx/var/log/tracking_xapi.log.

But I can't see any logs in tracking_xapi.log file, also I am not getting any data in LRS too.

I have cloned repo in my server at this location /edx/app/edxapp/venvs/edxapp/src
