How to force a font for emojis in post titles (regardless of the browser)?

Hi there, btw love this Hugo theme!

Here are below the same post header with resp. Edge and Firefox, both are supposedly using the same font and yet

I'm wondering how I can make sure that I'm getting colorful emojis (like with Firefox)?
