Handling taxonomy display on single in multilang website.

Each language version has different custom taxonomies.
I'm trying to modify the single template to use different partial when different language is used.

I wanted to use this:
{{ $kp_lang := Site.Language }} {{ $path := print $kp_lang "/single-tax" }} {{ partial $path . }}

However, weird things happen.
.Language.Lang variable:

• this variable is used in HTML element and produces PL on PL website
• however on the same page, in PL website, when used in above example, it produces "EN" language code. which is default for the website.

How the same variable, used on the same page in the same language is displaying different value?
