How to change the Archives layout?

How do I change the layout of my Archives page so that it'd look like the Example Site's archives?

I see your blog and the layout is set to archives, but I don't think hugo.toml is correct.

I think if you change url = "/posts/" to url = "/archives/" it will show up correctly.
