Separate nginx config file per proxied URL

Currently whole nginx config resides in conf.d/defautlt.conf.
It would be much more readable if there would be separate config file per proxied URL (rap.host).

Like:

• conf.d/exmale.com.conf
• conf.d/abc123.com.conf
• ...

You can already do it. It's mentioned in the readme: https://github.com/adi90x/rancher-active-proxy#per-host-server-configuration

The used path is: /etc/nginx/vhost.d/rap.host_server
