Downlaod speed not stable

Hello,
I've always had some manor issues with CDM. One of the problems is the download speed in this software.
For example, when I want to download a movie from a site, the download speed fluctuates and is not stable; for instance, it varies from 50-60 KB/s to 2-3 Mbps. But at the same moment, when I check the speed with Motrix, it shows a stable speed of 3-4 Mbps.

Thanks for using CDM!
Can you please go to Settings > Downloads and change the "Maximum memory buffer" to 0? Then try again.
If it's still not working, just let me know.

Hello, I tested your software again and compared it with Motrix. I downloaded from the same website simultaneously - first with your software which had a speed of 166 KB/s, and then I tested with Motrix which reached 3 MB/s. These two speeds are not comparable at all and this is frustrating.
