Event listener for getting focused cell?

Hi,

I'd like to be able to access the cell selection state, but I don't seem to see any event listeners for it. Does anyone know if there are any workarounds for this? I would prefer not to manually handle this in a custom renderer with onClick / onKey events since there is already a lot of work put into the accessibility options here (e.g. keyboard navigation) that would be great to leverage.
