Support building libraries

Switch to proper argument parsing and support single library bundle generation.

Build mpy-cross when not on Travis

Build mpy-cross ourselves when not on Travis. Also add our version

into the bundle.

Configurable bundle name

Add the ability to configure the bundle filename prefix.

Skip cleanup

This will hopefully include the Trusty mpy-cross binaries for Travis.
