Support for MCP32xx

Hello adafruit,

thank you for this library and CircuitPython. Really helps to get things done on a Raspberry Pi.

Would it be possible to add support for the MCP3201, MCP3202, MCP3204 and MCP3208? The main difference to the already existing implementations is the resolution of 12 bits. MCP30xx have 10 bits.

Interesting! I just noticed, that there is a pull request adding exactly this feature. Maybe you could look into it? :)
