[BUG]Doesnt work on iOS

Describe the bug
I can't copy the log message but see the screenshot below

To Reproduce
Try to build on iOS with make build CFLAGS+=-D__IPHONE__
Expected behavior
It should build successfully

• make: 4.4.1 from procursus repo

I currently do not own an iPhone, so all I can do is try to guide you to the solution.

Assuming you downloaded the main branch, you should comment lines 400 to 413 in fetch.c.
This will disable the package count, but at least it will compile.
